Within three months, the team moved into its first shop with one clear focus: become the place Porsche and exotic-car owners could trust with the cars most shops did not truly understand.
The business grew by solving the problems our clients were already experiencing. We introduced complimentary enclosed pickup and delivery to make specialized service easier to access. We added an in-house detailing and protection department so paint correction, XPEL PPF, ceramic coating, and final presentation could be completed to the same standard as the mechanical work.
Then we began seeing the same pattern repeatedly: clients would purchase a Porsche or exotic elsewhere and immediately bring it to HBi for an inspection, overdue service, or repairs that should have been handled before the car was sold. Eventually, they began asking us: “If you are the ones we trust to inspect, service, and prepare these cars, why do we have to buy them somewhere else?”
That question became the foundation of HBi Auto’s sales program. Instead of operating like a traditional used-car dealership, we built the process around what we already knew: carefully select the car, inspect it thoroughly, complete the necessary service and reconditioning in-house, protect it, support it with meaningful warranty coverage, and make the purchase and delivery process simple for clients nationwide.
As we grew, we created 911 Buyers so we could source more vehicles directly from enthusiasts rather than relying only on wholesale auctions. If you are remote, we schedule a live video tour so you can see the car in real time—including the paint, interior, startup, and any imperfections. Local buyers are welcome to inspect and experience the vehicle in person instead.
If the car is a strong match, we prepare a custom proposal covering the vehicle price, HBi Certified warranty options, and your Detail & Protection level. Once everything is approved, you place a partial payment to secure the vehicle.
We finalize financing or cash payment and prepare the closing documents. At the same time, our team completes final service and detail work, applies the selected Detail & Protection package, and performs a final quality check.
We confirm everything is ready, coordinate enclosed delivery to your door, or schedule an in-person pickup. You receive a sorted, protected vehicle with a straightforward, no-surprise handoff.
